Cerimonia di premiazione 2016 European Social Innovation Competition - Bruxelles, 27 ottobre 2016

The European Commission decided to focus the 2016 Social Innovation Competition on sourcing and supporting creative approaches to realise the potential of refugees and migrants. The call for entries closed on 8 April 2016. 1,095 ideas were received.

As well as hearing from European Commissioner Elzbieta Bienkowska, guests will hear the 10 finalists' solutions of how to support the successful integration of refugees and migrants. After which this year's 3 winners of the €50,000 prizes are announced.

It will be also presented the winner of the €50,000 impact prize, awarded to the 2015 competition project with the greatest results.
